dotsServices is a professional IT service company providing the following digital solutions:

- Mobile Application Development — Innovative, reliable iOS & Android apps including custom mobile solutions with high performance and security.
- Game Development — Immersive 2D & 3D game design across platforms with performance optimization and user engagement features.
- Browser Extension Development — Custom Chrome, Firefox, and Edge extensions with Manifest V3, WebExtensions API, and cross-browser compatibility.
We also offer post-launch support, maintenance services, security updates, performance optimization, cloud hosting management, and free consultation services.
3 User Obligations
When using our website or services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information when filling out contact forms or engaging our services, including your first name, last name, phone number, company email, country, and project details.
- Not use our website or services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law.

4 Intellectual Property Rights

Client Project IP
Upon full payment of all fees for a completed project, the intellectual property rights of the deliverables will be transferred to the client as outlined in the specific project agreement. Until full payment is received, dotsServices retains all rights to the work produced.
Portfolio Usage
dotsServices reserves the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio section and marketing materials unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
5 Project Engagement & Process
Our project engagement follows a structured process to ensure transparency and quality delivery:
- Free Consultation — We begin with a free consultation to understand your project requirements, scope, and budget expectations.
- Project Planning — We create milestones, provide a business requirements document, and break down each project into distinct phases.
- Development & Communication — We provide live links at the testing stage, hold demo meetings once or twice a week, and assign a dedicated project manager. Collaborative tools such as Slack, Trello, or Jira are used for tracking.
- Delivery — Typical timelines range from 2–4 weeks for business websites, custom mobile applications and extensions developments, Max 1-2 months for games developments or depending on project complexity.
Hiring Models
We offer flexible engagement models including Full Project basis, Full Time (8 hours/day, 5 days/week), and Hourly Basis (starting with 40 hours, pay-as-you-go).
6 Payment Terms
- Payment terms, pricing, and schedules will be agreed upon in writing before project commencement.
- Payments are to be made in accordance with the milestones defined in the project agreement.
- dotsServices reserves the right to pause or suspend work on a project if payments are not received according to the agreed schedule.
- All prices are quoted in the currency agreed upon during the initial consultation (typically USD).
- Refund policies will be specified in individual project contracts.
7 Confidentiality
Both dotsServices and the client agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes but is not limited to:
- Business strategies, plans, and financial information
- Technical specifications and source code
- Client data and user information
- Any information marked as confidential by either party
This obligation of confidentiality survives the termination of any project engagement.
8 Warranty & Limitation of Liability
Warranty
dotsServices warrants that all services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. We offer continuous post-launch support and maintenance services including regular software upgrades, security updates, and performance optimization.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, dotsServices shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from the use of our website or services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project or service in question.
9 Termination
Either party may terminate a project engagement by providing written notice as specified in the project agreement. Upon termination:
- The client shall pay for all work completed up to the date of termination.
- dotsServices will deliver all completed work and materials to the client.
- Confidentiality obligations will remain in effect.
- dotsServices reserves the right to terminate website access for users who violate these Terms and Conditions.
10 Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
11 Changes to These Terms
dotsServices reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our website and services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
