MyExpenseTracker was built in response to the increasing need for an intelligent solution for personal finance management. Unlike other ledger apps, this platform uses intelligent technology to help the users figure out their spending reasons, rather than merely recording their transactions.
Core Technical Features
• Intelligent Dashboard: An interactive home screen with a gradient-themed balance card, real-time income/expense summary cards and a "Recent Transactions" feed.
• Spending Insight by AI: Incorporation of artificial intelligence-based algorithms to analyze the transaction history and provide financial trend insights along with financial advice.
• Data Visualization: Interactive data visualizations with the help of MPAndroidChart library, enabling category-wise spending and growth comparison.
• Finance Modules: Unique modules dedicated to tracking debt & loans, setting savings goals and recurring subscriptions management (automatic through WorkManager).
• Reporting: Powerful reporting tool that allows users to create professional financial reports with the help of iTextPDF.
• Ecosystem of Premium: Subscription-based features enabled by the Google Play Billing system and AdMob with consent management.
